After much discussion (and a few adult beverages), here's the rules:
1. As the name says, It's the End of the World as We Know It! The theme is any World War III
/apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic/Cuban Missile Crisis/Dr. Strangelove/Red Dawn/Zombie apocalypse creation you can come up with! Profiles, Models and Stories are all welcome!
2. The GB runs from Sept. 1st to Oct. 28th. While recycled projects and half-starts are welcome, the bulk of the work must be done within the timeframe of this GB to be eligible. If you're in doubt, ask the GB mods via PM!
3. Completed entries must be posted in the Finished Entries thread by 11:59 PM on Oct. 28th in the entrant's time zone to be considered for voting. Winners will be chosen by vote in a poll to be posted.
4. Decisions of the GB moderators (The Zod & Brian da Basher) are final.
5. Winners to get fame fortune hot supermodels some kind of prize.
6. There is no rule #6, there never has been nor never will be a rule #6 so don't even ask!

Does the principle requires Western faith? (in a World that was, in memories that were not false)
Just know that in India, several religions'word is "all is illusion" (my parents are just characters of the present dream of mine, and so on)
The next waking up may be another world, no need of World War for that. But is true philosophy permitted or do you just want military delirium? (I have peaceful over-delirium, as far as I am concerned).
Maybe there will be no more waking up but the atheist death that Buddhists call nirvana (nothing forever, Peace, silence)...

Hi All!
Are there any chances to prolong the october 28th final? I love Post-Apo themed models, already build a few, and I have one I'm working on, so I was thinking of join this GB...
BTW, I'm sorry that I couldn't join this GB earlier, had the work a lot at my job, and my weekends weren't free...

Short answer on an extension...maybe.
We usually ask if anyone needs more time when we get closer to the deadline. Typically, extensions are a week or two depending on what feedback we get.
I hope you to post a thread on your project. You'll probably get some encouraging comments which never fail to spur things on! You might get done faster than you thought! Not only that, but your work may also inspire others!

Thanks for the kind words, will post some pix soon :) Mayba today :) But there's a liitle problem, I'm working on an other project, had to finish till oct 17, and that's why I'm asked that question before... But I wanted to post here anyway :)
