Backstory: The Philippines has become the latest nation to acquire a group of C-2J "Jet Greyhounds", (or, as they are more properly known, Northrop Grumman Greyhound 21's.) The Philippine Marine Corps is also slated to receive a group of 10 C-2J "Jet Greyhounds" for their own paratroop commando units being formed, and the Philippine Navy is slated to receive 10 "Jet Greyhounds" in a version for Maritime Reconnaissance and Patrol. A Philippine Air Force Lieutenant Colonel has been selected to command the new airlift unit. The nations thus far acquiring a group of C-2J "Jet Greyhounds" include: Belize, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Japan, Kenya, Macedonia, Mexico (Navy and National Guard), Montenegro, Nepal (Army Air Service), Philippines, Romania, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Vietnam.
