Here's a fictitious cold war interceptor design that is based on several Rockwell and Convair designs, as well as the CIM-10 Bomarc SAM. It's definitely a flawed design for many reasons.

It is a modified version of the Vought V-518 Blended Arrow/Advanced interceptor, specifically configuration AI-0604R, but with some changes to the canopy and wing design. I also gave it a twin tail configuration, and more boxy engines. Here's the original Vought model:
