So my interest about spanish Airacobra started some week ago.... when in one czech publication I read, that three Airacobras forced landed at spanish territory. Only one was airworthy.... and stay airworthy to 1950 ( maybe only 1949 - I must look to this publication).
Then simply come idea: What if?  :smiley:
Both doodles are of the same plane.... only in older and later scheme...
But..... who know...  ;D

So may be if the Winter War/First Soviet-Finnish War kept going longer and bigger and either WWII not happen or somehow this keeps going as a side show?

Before Winter War of 1939 - 1940, Finland was turnng every stone to get some fighters. Supply was not meeting demand. Some Hurricanes were obtained during the war, though, but they arrived too late for that action.

What-If the Spitfire was part of a shipment of aircraft sent to the USSR and subsequently captured by Finland and used against the Russians? 

Both camouflage schemes are quite fetching!  :smiley:
