Naval Group Build Rules and Regulations

Ahoy, all.  Permission to come aboard? Granted.

Let's kick off the 2021 Naval Group Build, shall we?

Here are the rules:

1. Have fun.
2. Build will run from 1 Oct through 30 Nov, 2021.
3. All formats accepted and encouraged: physical, digital and alternate history stories.
4. Direct all questions and complaints to the moderator.
5. The theme is all things that operate in King Neptune's domain. Ships, subs, air-cushion, ekranoplane, if it operates on large bodies of water, it's good to go.  Doesn't even have to be water...you want to make a vessel that transits oceans of liquid methane on Rigel IV? Go for it!

**Seaplanes and float planes will also be accepted under #5 above.**

Subj: CONCLUSION OF THE 2021 NAVAL GROUP BUILD

1. There is approximately 48 hours left in this group build's designated lifespan. 

2. Zero (0) requests for extensions have been received at Fleet HQ.

3. Therefore, at midnight on 30 November 2021 the group build will be closed to further entries and polls will be created.

4. A liberal shore leave policy is encouraged for all crews upon return to their home ports and the successful completion of all projects.
