I'm with taiidantomcat "That is a superb cockpit".  Your wing-tail-intake mods are ideal for that kit.   :)
While there aren't many parts in the cockpit the detail was pretty nice so i just started painting tall the knobs and buttons so you could see them, thanks for the compliments guys  :D

Well, managed to finish the model by the deadline but didn't manage to get any pics so I missed the deadline on our first official group build
Will post pics later today in the Current builds section If I could get a moderator to be so kinds as to move this thread  ;)

If you quickly take some photos and upload them (or even email them to me), I might be able to just squeeze it in - I'm in a good mood for a Monday morning.

Regards.

Quickly was out of the question, as I wasn't home. Here are the finished pics but please don't make any exceptions.

Sorry about missing the deadline...In the words of Maxwell Smart..."Missed it by that much"  ;)  Thanks for the great contest anyhow. This is the first model I've built in well over a year and I'm glad I got to play with some plastic.  :)

That is wicked! You really made that F-19 into something unique.  The textured surface is something I'll have to try.

As if wings, fins, intake mods were not enough to make it right.  Such a surprise how well the ruff finish looks/works and fits the mission.  Never but never would have thought of a finish like that.
Way cool build.     8)
