Did ejection seat already exist in 1946? Otherwise, bailing out would be quite dangerous, a plane for Frenchikazes only... ;)

How about an Wyvern jet version...is just an aesthetic interpretation of what it would look like,I didn't consider the technical aspects or a certain type of engine.
