Sorry for your difficulties, it's tied into the ongoing hosting provider email issues which have hosed email notifications etc.

Hi John,

I just checked and it appears your request for a password reminder did actually come through to me.  Unfortunately, it was treated as spam by my email server and sent to the junk pile.  I think it may have been triggered by the "Diefenbaker the dog ..." bit in your email.

Anyway, all sorted now.

Guys, I need help...

As Mundster said ''solely attributable to my age and faulty memory'' I forgot the old password, so I cannot set up the new one. I'm here at BTS from 2012 and from the beginning I set it up to always stay logged in. Now I'm paying for it and cannot enter the site anywhere else but from my home.

Ehm...I'm in the same boat. Permanently logged in from the home system, which is overdue for replacement, and can't remember the old password to save my life...

I strongly suggest getting either the free or paid version of LastPass. You only need to remember ONE password. It uses a browser plugin to scan your browser for login info and stores it securely. You can install the plugin at work or home, log in to your account and it fills in the login info for you.

It also tells you if you have a weak password or if you've reused a password on more than one site and even has an option of generating a strong password for you for each site automatically.
