I Beta tested Rhino3D on the Mac
eight years ago
and it was excellent. I don't know why it took them so long to get it to market. Here it is:
http://www.rhino3d.com/mac?utm_source=Rhino_Enews&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mr0615launch&utm_content=Rhino_mac_details
Intro price is $295. If you're a student/staff/faculty at a school/college or university the intro price is $95.
I have Rhino3D for Windows and I've used it for all of my 3D prints. They also have a 30 day demo for Macs/Windows.
Blender is "free" - the real price is your time and sanity.
