Whif of the Intruder
« on: January 11, 2014, 10:37:00 PM »
When it comes to whiffing the A-6 Intruder, the obvious choice from what I`ve seen is a Royal Navy version.

So I thought to myself, what if I go further into it`s future? Like the Buccaneer, would the RAF have taken it on once the carriers were scrapped in the mid 70`s?

So here is my well worn RAF Intruder as I think they may of looked.

Grumman A-6K Intruder
ZZ748/C
12 Squadron
Maritime Attack
RAF Lossiemouth
1983

Whiffing is for Life...., not just for Christmas!!!

that's very feasible alright. The colors and pattern suite it quite well don't they. Very cool
Well done

Very nice.

I'd be tempted to build one without the refueling probe and do it up as a RAF Germany aircraft.

I'm not a big fan of the Intruder, but this is a really great looking build - and I really like the load-out. That's one ship-killing

Unlike the Good Doctor ( ;D ), I am a bit of an Intruder/Prowler fan & this Intruder looks rather spiffy! 8)
