I "seal" all my models with matt (or gloss if cars) cote - that, plus the flash may make the Corsair appear brighter than normal.

Australia operated a whole 23 refurbished P-39s, with about a half a dozen serving in each of I think three squadrons, they never saw combat as far as I know.

Your Mossie Night Fighter looks absolutely intimidating in that all-black scheme, and intimidating isn't a term I use lightly.

Could it be any blacker? I don't think so.

Absolutely love it, especially with that cool puppy-dog radar nose!
