Hi guys
This is the latest machine off my work bench - Revell's BMW DTM done as a street machine. It's a hard to find now kit and I'm sure a few hard core car nuts have groaned at what I've done to it, but I like it. Its Tamiya Clear Red over Alclad Stainless Steel. I love the look myself but I leave it for you to decide.

Next car up will be Tamiya's new NSX with LB Worx Body Kit (once I've built it that is)
Thanks for looking

Awesome!
The 'Vette, too!
Double awesomeness!
And the colour is fantastic!

I wonder what Tamiya X-19 Smoke would look like instead of clear red?

I love it. Disregard what others have to say. It's your build.

cheers guys. I was quite surprised at how big the Beemer is compared to the Vette. The Corvette has always been quite a big car but it looks small in comparison to the BMW.

Beautiful color and gorgeous build. The Corvette looks great, too.

I've never seen a finer high-send show-room finish!
Looks like it should get a speeding ticket just sitting there.
Great stuff!

thanks guys. I've just started the Tamiya NSX which I'm likely to use the same method but with Clear Blue in place of Red. Although I am seriously considering Smoke as well. I might have to do a test subject to see what I like better
