@Carlos - The Wikipedia page for the Bofors 40mm Auto-Cannon identifies this weapons as the Mark VI: a six-barreled weapon feeding from large trays instead of clips and designed for remote control from a dedicated radar-equipped director. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bofors_40_mm_gun) This was a British version of the Bofors 40mm intended for use on larger combatants of the Royal Navy.
