Late model M3 is one to get.  Like to see aftermarket reactive armor kit for it.  Easier than crafting your own !

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

The ramjets will trace a nice bullseye for gunners in planes ahead and behind the plane. Plus the issue of landing the thing - it's already going to be almost impossible in the daytime. I can't see it being easier at night!

The hobby shop I work at has had a very difficult time sourcing MiniArt kits. The one supplier we dealt with that was carrying them never had the full line and is dropping them, and one of our major suppliers was listing them as "Coming Soon", only to get frustrated at MiniArt backing out of any kit sales to them at the last minute. Again. Seems like the manufacturer is a tad erratic to deal with.
Oh well, we'll try to find another supplier for them.

I would have preferred to see this latest version done as a two seater which would have opened up a trainer possibility.

I think this is a 100% Miniart creation. The "real' Tribfluegel never went beyond a wind tunnel model and I haven't seen drawings of anything beyond the standard model. The boxart looks like it's supposed to be a Neptun radar. There probably isn't enough room in the nose and cockpit for the electronics.

It baffles me that none of the napkinwaffe kits ever feature the nearly ready for service Berlin radars, just the Lichtensteins.

Because the antlers look cool! Obviously more radar-y than a dome. Or a dish in a dome.

Hey, at the end of the day they are in the business of selling kits.  If this is what sells, then so be it...

Yep, tells us more about the broader market than the manufacturers.

I bought one - the real Triebflugel model, not the unworkable fantasy night fighter.

I like this one, even if just for the decals:

One could do a diorama with said vehicle and say a Panzer with a delivery guy passing bottles up to panzer crew...

A diorama with one (or more) of these being "liberated" by Allied troops would be something different.

Go all the way and put the decals on a Sd.Kfz. 251.  :icon_beer:

Give it a good radio set and you've got a good start on an airborne observation setup.
