We tried figuring out what that was over on ModelWarships and I think the general consensus was it was several different ships but a Kara Class Cruiser sticks out as one of them in my mind.  If anyone wants to take a stab at it let me know and I'll dig up what we figured out.

It's clearly inspired by a Kara, but no Kara ever had 4 x quad SSN-14 boxes or 2 x twin 130mm up front!

The daft thing is that it's got a Kara's Headlights fire-control radar above the bridge, but no SA-N-3 for it to control. Also, if those missile quads are supposed to be AShMs, then there should be some kind of xxxx-dome fire-control radar above the bridge for them.

It's all a complete fantasy, so why in hell would the tech detais of military hardware be required to be factually correct.

Probably stretching it a bit (or perhaps ludicrously) far, but how about, floating through the air, i.e. a hot air balloon, dirigible or blimp, or floating through space?  Can you float through time or maybe dimensions?

Oh I know, but Headlights radar was always installed in the same arc as the launchers on RL Soviet ships. |'m not sure if SA-N-3 could be controlled by an FCS that wasn't in it's initial arc of fire.

They're not, but since they've gone to the trouble of copying real-world systems fairly accurately, it's legitimate to discuss whether their overall design would work or not.

US 20,000 ton cruiser sub concept from 1920, it was to use multiple parallel pressure hulls because
of diameter limitations imposed by available technology. Main turrets were hemispherical to resist
pressure. The smaller turrets carried twin 4"/50 cal guns.

From Friedman, U.S. Submarines Through 1945.
