ok first attempt at story.
after a good night of drinkin and watchin firefox( the true story of clint eastwood stealin a soviet jet ;D)the guys at the f-15 plant took the mock up and with some plywood came up with this. uh oh ----- some air force dudes came in and saw it ,thought it was real, and so a prototype was made.

Oh my is that tasty! I really like the inward-canted fins & rudders!

The canards are added whiffy goodness!

the vert stabs are f-14 ones cut down abit, slanted them  in because i always see everyone else slantin em out.the canards are su-17 horizontal stabs.the canopy is also from the f-14 as i lost the f-15s. now i just need to get my hands on some 1/144 missiles n bombs n blow things up stuff. made some more fiddely fins for it put could not put them on tonight because the pregnant wife cant stand the smell of glue n filler right now.(does not help workbench is 1 foot away from bed). this problem should be resolved by next month once she gives birth to our newest modeler in the family.
and the stand is the low tech (cheap) version of BdBs, made with foam board n q-tips.
