One of my Squadron Signal books has pictures of Churchills in Tunisia which have "sand" colored vertical stripes.

How do you do that, build great models on a vertical surface?
I have enough trouble building mediocre ones on horizontal surfaces!

got some paint on it , light tan and a dark blue up next is a medium-ish grey.
