Love the subtle work on the camo. It must take a steady hand to pull that off as well as an artistic eye.

Thanks Brian. Sometimes I can pull it off. ;)

Damn, that is one intimidating beast! I hadn't seen this model in a while, so I'm glad you decided to post it over here.

Thanks Beowulf. :)

Impressive Sherman build. Subtle camo really does work out perfect to enhance the bad ass look. :)

How'd I miss this? Nice work.

This is a build very close to my own heart, as I think it's a practical, plausible Sherman variant for the end of the war that would have been a match for any tank on the battlefield.
Cheers,

Would like to see this passing over the Rhine on a Bailey Bridge or M2 treadway bridge. I have seen a pic of the Pershing turret on a Sherman chassis. I understand the turret ring diameter was the same.

If I am not mistaken.the M26,M4..M18.M10.and M36 all had a 69 inch diameter turret ring. I may end up stripping the paint off this, and redoing it. I noticed the vinyl AFV Club tracks broke on it.
